Update to General Quality Mark Applications
- For the purposes of the audit, both employees and volunteers that are involved in providing the service will be included in the audit process
- For existing Quality Mark holders who are applying for their audit, it is not mandatory for the workbook to be completed as part of your application. Although it would be helpful for an Auditor to have sight of the completed workbook, if you have an Office Manual, or policies and procedures manual that is already in place these can be substituted in place of the Workbook. It is not neccesary for these manuals to be returned along with your application form, as your Auditor will agree this timescale with you, when they are discussing specific dates for the audit to take place.
