The Assessment Network awarded General Quality Mark contract
Approximately 1500 organisations in England and Wales presently hold the standard and are eligible to offer themselves for re-audit in order to retain their certification. The logo is instantly recognisable to those seeking help with civil matters that the organisation in question operates to an independantly-verified standard.
Existing Quality Mark holders are being asked to undergo a registration process being administered by The Legal Services Commission. We shall then engage with the client organisations to arrange audits by our team of specially-trained Assessors to ensure that the Commissions standards are being upheld.
From March 2009, all new applications for audits in respect of the General Quality Mark will be made directly to ourselves. Background information and relevant application forms are now available in the main section of our website.
If you would like any further information regarding the General Quality Mark or indeed the registration process then please contact Amanda Jordan, Legal Services Manager on 01480 479 223 or amandaj@tan.org.uk
