Internal Champion Programme

This 3 day programme will develop a member of staff to become an Internal Champion who will help your organisation to achieve and/or retain your Investors in People recognition.  Following this programme, you will have in house expertise who can deliver health checks at regular intervals to ensure that you keep the best practice alive.  For just £750 plus VAT (£881.25 inc VAT) per person you will have the flexibility within your own team to provide that support internally.  Your delegate will come away with a resource book to support your functions and the knowledge to make good use of the resource book.

Ready Steady Go (Morning Session)

This new and exciting workshop is aimed at organisations beginning to plan their next Investors in People (IiP) assessment. During the workshop we will re-visit the IiP business improvement framework, learn about changes to IiP and consider how your organisation meets the current requirements. In addition, we will look at areas where recommendations were made last time around, and focus on developments implemented since your last assessment. As a result of the workshop, we will help you to prepare a plan of action to get your organisation ready for your review assessment.

The workshop will also provide you with an understanding of the process for assessment and discuss added value that can be gained through using the knowledge and expertise of your appointed assessor.
