Investors in People for Schools and Colleges
The Investors in People Standard is designed to help schools and colleges meet their goals and improve performance. For schools and colleges this means implementing an improvement plan that can raise the achievements of pupils and students.
As you may see from our case studies, a school or college with Investors in People recognition will, over time, see a real impact on the quality of the education they provide, including the achievements of pupils in examinations and the outcomes of Ofsted inspections.
The Investors in People framework incorporates all of the people involved in your school/college and does not simply take into account what happens in the classroom. A school/college working with the Investors in People Standard can benefit in such areas as:

Of particular interest to schools and colleges is how the Investors in People Standard can aid performance against the Ofsted framework.
