Preparing for a Lexcel Assessment - For the Legal Profession

About the Event	Implementing Lexcel can prove challenging and can affect practices in different ways. This programme has been designed to support those firms who have taken the decision to achieve Lexcel accreditation. The main objective of the course is to provide the understanding necessary to enable participants to effectively introduce the Lexcel standard into their practice or legal department.

Topics Covered	To introduce the basis for Lexcel Interpretation of the Standard to ensure a full understanding of the requirements Completion of the self assessment checklist To examine the role of Lexcel in managing and controlling risk To offer guidance on procedures that comply with Lexcel requirements To offer solutions in order to gain commitment at all levels in the practice To consider the application and assessment process including non compliances An opportunity to discuss individual queries and concerns

Who Should Attend	Those who have direct responsibility for managing all or part of the Standard's requirements, particularly Practice Managers, Risk and Quality Managers, Partners and Internal Champions.

2) The Assessment Network accepts no liability if, for whatever reason, the course does not take place.

3) Full amount payable unless:
*Cancellation: provided written notice is received within 20 working days before the event, the fee will be refunded.
*Transfer: provided written notice is received at least 20 working days before the event.

4) The booking form constitutes a legally binding contract.

5) A booking form must be completed and returned to The Assessment Network, along with a cheque (if applicable) to secure your place. This can be downloaded from the event details section.
